Tesco Announce Free WiFi for Shoppers In-Store

UK Supermarket giant Tesco have announced that they are trialling free WiFi in a number of UK stores - for use by customers on their smart phones and portable devices.

Tesco are the first UK retailer to trial this facility, and are rolling it out in 4 stores in the UK from today.

This move will support the retailers clubcard system, which is eventually planned to go virtual, allowing customers to use their points to buy online.

Tesco will also use this as an opportunity to advertise special offers to their customers while shopping, which is very interesting...
