1 - Facebook's Mark Zuckerberg with 184,842 followers

2 - Google CEO Larry Page with 94,913 followers

3 - Google Co-Founder Sergey Brin with 71,781 followers

4 - Google Social, Vic Gundrotta with 47,989 followers

5 - Top blogger Robert Scoble with 47,239 followers

6 - US Tech journalist Leo Laporte with 47,191 followers

7 - Digg Co-Founder Kevin Rose with 42,286 followers

8 - Mashable.com with 39,268 followers

9 - Google's Matt Cutts with 34,529 followers

10 - Actress Felicia Day with 30,043 followers

Notice the number one spot going to Mr. Facebook? :) Who knew Mr. Zuckerberg would be Google+'s top most followed account!
